of how the Baton Rouge Mardi Gras Festival came to fruition. As the story moves through the
early and current years of his pilgrimage, Turner proves that through his achievements,
triumphs, and struggles, one is not only capable of reaching their goals but, with much
dedication,n will obtain unimaginable feats.
